Q. Do we Need to Meet? Is Location of Relevance?
A. Because of the way that we operate it is not necessary to meet in person. However if you are local to the Glasgow area in the UK a mutually convenient appointment can be made to discuss your requirements.

A. Assignments are usually received via e-mail, fax, telephone or post and can be written, dictated on to a cassette or digitally, or instructions given over the telephone. The finished product is then returned in the format of your choice, i.e. on CD/diskette by post, electronically by e mail, as a paper copy either by post or fax, or in person if you are local.

Q. What are your Hours of Business?
A. Due to the nature of the service we provide, DB Virtual Services operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. However project requests by phone will be only accepted from Monday to Friday between the hours of 9.00 a.m. and 9.00 p.m. (U.K. Time). Urgent requests can be sent via e-mail. We will call you back within 12 hours to discuss your business needs.

Q. Is There a Limit to the Size of an Assignment?
A. No. Immaterial of how large or small an assignment (from a single letter to a Website) it will be given the same individual professional attention.

A. Assignments are carried out in complete confidence and a first class service is assured within agreed timescales. In the unlikely event that you are not immediately 100% happy with the assignment, and it is the fault of DB Virtual Services, we will do the amendments free of charge.
Prior to any assignment we will complete a form detailing your exact requirements to avoid any missunderstandings.

Q. On What Basis is Our Business Relationship Formed?
A. We are self-employed individuals who contract our services and therefore cannot be considered an employee. An invoice will be produced for all work carried out.

Q. How many revisions am I allowed for each project?
A. Three, after that it is billed as additional hours.

Q. Are There any Hidden Costs?
A. No. Once a rate has been agreed, you pay only for the work carried out and the precise time that an assignment takes. Any additional costs such as materials will be priced separately. With regard to a quotation, unless there are any amendments to the original instructions or unforeseen circumstances, the cost will be strictly adhered to.

Q. What are the payment options?
A. We work with different payment options. We accept payment with credit cards or funds transfer via PayPal or Google Checkout (U.S. and U.K. only). We also accept money transfer via Moneygram or Western Union, deposit or money transfer directly to our bank account.
